Club3P lets friends play Teen Patti and its house variations at private tables, for recreation and entertainment. It is an online social game. It is not an online money game, and no real money is staked, won or lost on it.

The player who starts a table is its host. Hosts can set the table's rules and variations, approve or remove players, and edit stacks. Hosts must use these controls fairly and within these terms. We're not responsible for a host's decisions at their table.
Every deal is shuffled from a seed that's committed before the hand and can be checked afterwards using the table's hand check. If you believe a deal was wrong, contact us with the table link and hand number.
We may offer optional paid features, such as Premium Clubs, on a subscription or one-time basis. Paid features unlock tools and conveniences only. They never include play chips, better odds or any prize. Prices, billing and cancellation are shown before you pay, and our Refund Policy applies.
You own what you write in chat and the name you choose. You give us permission to store and show it to the players at your table so the Service works. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.
The Club3P name, design, code, card art, avatars and sounds belong to us or our licensors. Teen Patti and its traditional variations are public games; our versions of them are ours.
You can stop using Club3P at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove access, or remove anyone from a table, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, or to protect other players or the Service.
We work to keep Club3P running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". Tables, chat and ledgers may be lost, for example when the server restarts, and features may change or end. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from bets or arrangements players make among themselves. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
If you use the Service in breach of these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we'll post a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Club3P after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to bring a consumer complaint where you live.
